We hope that you do not feel the need to complain and that we are able to resolve any concerns you may have before a formal complaint is felt necessary.
Should you have a concern, we urge you to first speak to your child’s class teacher or Mr Bolton. We will then try our best to resolve your concern successfully. Communication is vital and we strive to ensure that we maintain this throughout the process.
