Each half term a topic grid will be uploaded to Google Classroom with weekly options to choose from. This will include English or Maths each week.

Each week your child will be heard read in school and you should aim to hear your child read at least 3 or 4 times at home.

There will be on-line books on the Rising Star website and a reading book sent home each Friday which should be returned the following Wednesday.

Each Friday spellings will be set on Google Classroom.

This half term children in Year 1 will be working on the topic – ‘If you go down into the woods today’.

Year one will be having a Teddy Bear’s Picnic in the woodland behind school.
